Peter
Kleinstiver, PhD

Peter Kleinstiver designs pharmacoeconomic studies, technology assessments as well as market research studies for multinational health care companies, biotechnology and medical device companies including start-up enterprises. Peter holds a Doctorate in Pharmacology and
has enjoyed over 30 years experience in health care gained through
Katalyst as well as positions of responsibility at Johnson and Johnson, DuPont,
and 3M.
Areas of expertise include health economics, clinical research, business development, sales, marketing
management, and regulatory requirements
for medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Peter is a member of the Canadian Association of Healthcare Reimbursement where he serves on the Communications committee. For six years Peter was a Director on the Board of St. Joseph's Health Care London where he served as a member of the Resources Planning committee, Region 5 OHA Executive committee and Chair of the Mental Health Care and Human Resources committees. In the fall of 2008, Peter was invited to join the Middlesex Hospital Alliance Board of Directors where he serves as Vice-Chair and a member of the Thames Valley Hospital Planning Partnership. Peter has served his community through the London Hospitals' restructuring committee and volunteering for the 2001 Canada Summer Games and the 2006 Scott Tournament of Hearts.

Sandra
Kleinstiver, ART

Sandra Kleinstiver provides a bench-to-bedside understanding of
health care derived from education as an Advanced Registered
Medical Technologist in Clinical Biochemistry.
Sandra has an extensive knowledge of laboratory procedures, medical research, budget preparation and clinical trials. Sandra specializes in scientific and medical writing with expertise in the preparation of major academic grant applications, clinical trial protocols and ethics documentation, adherence to good clinical practice guidelines, clinical trial management as well as strategic planning with a focus on business incubation. Sandra is currently Chair of the Board of the Thames Valley Children's Centre where she has served as a member of the Community Relations and Operational Priority committees. She is a member of the McCormick Home Foundation Board and participates on the Marketing Committee. Sandra has also served as a Director on the Board of the London Chamber of Commerce. Community involvement includes volunteering for the 2001 Canada Summer Games, serving as Vice-Chair of Business for the 2006 Scott Tournament of Hearts, Sponsorship and Media Chair for the Southwestern Ontario Women's Charity Cashspiel and chairing the McCormick Home Foundation RITZ 2008.
